Melisa an animal lover through and through. She began her career as a veterinary technician in 1988 right out of high school. She knew from a young age that she wanted her career to involve helping animals. She has dedicated herself to caring for animals and their loyal owners. She is currently the Head Technician at Companions First Veterinary Clinic.
She is a mother of two teenage boys – Marc and Nathan – and also rescued pups Bella and Harry. When she is not caring for furry friends at Companions First, She is watching her oldest son play hockey, cheering for the Steelers and Penguins with her husband Tony and volunteering for the Sheridan Kiwanis Club.
